Theobroma cacao, is the scientific name of the Cacao tree.
Cacao is a medicine that connects us with our hearts , healing all our bodies starting from our body , to our emotions, thoughts and connects us with our spirit. It is a medicine that opens up and expands our hearts allowing us to feel way more in connection with ourselves , nature and all around us.
Cacao is a medicine that is subtle but it can go as deep as you allow it to.
Cacao as medicine and super-food is a great ally for the process of a vision-quest in your day to day.
Cacao helps us to regain the strength we need , and focus in the positive aspects of our lives. Living in more openness and humbleness to keep learning, with kindness, compassion and love for our own process and pace from a deeper understanding.

*My trajectory:
Having visited the sacred Mayan Cacao plantation back in Mexico few times, to meet the sacred home and territory where the Cacao plantation grows. To meet the guardians of the spirit of the medicine and specially asking for permission to it to be shared. It has been so far a magical and true recommended journey I advice to everyone who may feel the call of this sacred Medicine.
I pass on the messages of the ancestors , guardians, elders, and teachers I have been learning from along the past years of this beautiful medicine in my sessions and circles too. While serving it in my own personal and original way in deep love , respect and honor to the elders of its Mayan tradition.
Always commited with the medicine, listening to its guidance while following my own path with it as well.
